| Urusen's
first album - Life Under Seat
The
acoustically-driven project, ‘Life Under Seat’
(2003) received critical acclaim within the industry despite
obscure beginnings. It was recorded in the summer of 2003
in their old school's music room in Somerset, and with a few
lucky contacts along the way who showed a keen interest, they
decided to push things further. Mastered by Peter Hammill
from 70’s prog-rock band Van de Graff Generator, the
band spent the summer gigging in and around the London circuit,
as well as at several festivals, to promote the album. Their
music has featured on independent compilations, magazine CDs,
radio and film.
